Heli Alaska, Inc. was started in 2015 by two local Alaskans. Dusty Little and Justin Lemoine are both from Wasilla. This gives customers a uniquely Alaskan experience when they fly with us. They started from the ground and built their way up to what they are today. With a brief shutdown in 2020 and 2021 during the COVID pandemic, they regrouped just in time for the Alaska State Fair. They are (and have been since 2016) the exclusive helicopter vendor at the fair.
In March of 2022, Rob Kozakiewicz joined the team. Born in Montana, he has a life-long love for the outdoors. That passion brought him to Alaska in 2013 to continue his dream of flying helicopters. What better place to be a helicopter pilot than Alaska? It is the playground of the world for Helicopter pilots.
