While all precision flying takes great skill, search and rescue missions are probably the most dangerous. These brave pilots often have to fly into hurricanes or blizzards to save people. Landing on a mountain in whiteout conditions or on a boat tossing in a stormy sea is incredibly difficult. It’s a true test of a pilot’s ability.
